REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYRefunds By making use of any 'cancel' or 'clear subscription(s)' function within this site, you understand that remaining time (if any) in the associated subscription(s) will be forfeited. For example, if you change your subscription part way through the billing month the rest of your cleared or cancelled subscription is forfeited. If Red-M Media Pty Ltd agrees that an overcharge has occurred or a refund is warranted, a credit will be made to your credit card within reasonable time. You will receive notification of this transaction via your nominated email address. Documentation will need to be provided to support your claims of an overcharge. For example, a copy of your credit card statement identifying the overcharge. Please note that this information will be used under the guidelines of the Privacy Policy of Red-M Media Pty Ltd. If you do not agree with the decision made by Red-M Media Pty Ltd, you may air your grievance in writing where the matter will be investigated further. Notification of grievance should be sent to: Cancellation Subscription cancellations must take place at least 4 working days before the next payment is due. Cancellation is effective from the date unsubscribe message is received by Red-M Media Pty Ltd. Access to your subscription service will become invalid and automated payments from your credit card will cease within 48 hours of received unsubscribe message. |
