REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds
Refunds or partial refunds will only be made available if you, the customer, can prove to the discretion of Red-M Media Pty Ltd that you have not received the service as subscribed to by you or you have been overcharged.

By making use of any 'cancel' or 'clear subscription(s)' function within this site, you understand that remaining time (if any) in the associated subscription(s) will be forfeited. For example, if you change your subscription part way through the billing month the rest of your cleared or cancelled subscription is forfeited.

If Red-M Media Pty Ltd agrees that an overcharge has occurred or a refund is warranted, a credit will be made to your credit card within reasonable time. You will receive notification of this transaction via your nominated email address.

Documentation will need to be provided to support your claims of an overcharge.  For example, a copy of your credit card statement identifying the overcharge. Please note that this information will be used under the guidelines of the Privacy Policy of Red-M Media Pty Ltd.

If you do not agree with the decision made by Red-M Media Pty Ltd, you may air your grievance in writing where the matter will be investigated further.

Cancellation
You the customer, have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.  If you the customer, wish to cancel your subscription you can use the unsubscribe service located here http://www.flashmail.net.au/MiltonBlack/unsubscribe.php

Subscription cancellations must take place at least 4 working days before the next payment is due.  Cancellation is effective from the date unsubscribe message is received by Red-M Media Pty Ltd.

Access to your subscription service will become invalid and automated payments from your credit card will cease within 48 hours of received unsubscribe message.
